Position Overview We are seeking a Club Floor Supervisor to oversee daily activity and maintain a safe, well-managed environment. This is a hands-on, highly visible role responsible for supporting operations and enforcing club policies as outlined by the Club Manager. Key Responsibilities Maintain a consistent presence throughout the club Uphold and enforce club policies and standards Address issues on the floor in real time Support a safe, respectful environment for members and guests Coordinate with front desk and management as needed Qualifications Strong communication skills; firm and professional Works well within a team Detail-oriented with strong awareness Takes initiative and acts without being prompted Adapts well in a fast-paced environment Relevant experience preferred Schedule 4-day work week with evening and weekend shifts: Thursday (4:00 PM
