Fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, expansion and continuous improvement. Who We Are StretchMed® New Haven is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching studio. Our Certified Stretch Therapist (CST™) team uses a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), dynamic, and static stretching techniques with percussion therapy to create postural alignment and muscle-balance to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help people move well!
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth:
Drive membership growth, retention, profitability and brand awareness through consultative sales, KPI management, digital marketing, community partnership and local outreach while employing lean operations.
Leadership & Team Development:
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of Stretch Therapists while fostering a positive culture of accountability, meeting performance targets and delivery of exceptional client care adherent to StretchMed® standards.
Stretch Therapy & Client Experience:
Deliver one-on-one assisted-stretch therapy while educating clients and ensuring every visit creates an exceptional experience that drives retention and referrals.
Studio Operations:
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, reporting, retail, cleanliness, KPIs, overall studio profitability and operational execution.
Administrative Excellence:
Lead team meetings, complete operational reporting, follow up with prospective members, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and owner standards.
Position requirements:
Must reside in Connecticut. Certification, license, or degree in exercise science related field . Physically able to perform stretch therapy. Comfortable working closely with male & female clients. Weekend availability required. Seeking long-term employment (not seasonal)
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
