Job Description
Job Summary Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Studio Manager to lead daily operations and drive studio success. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, excels in leadership and sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As Studio Manager, you will oversee membership sales, staff development, member retention, and overall studio performance while ensuring an exceptional experience for both members and employees. Responsibilities Oversee all daily studio operations and ensure smooth business performance Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates and front desk staff Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue goals Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and retention Monitor studio metrics, reporting, and performance trends Manage staff scheduling, payroll support, and operational compliance Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and studio events Ensure the studio maintains Orangetheory brand standards and cleanliness Handle member concerns professionally and efficiently Qualifications Previous management or leadership experience preferred Sales experience required; fitness industry experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate teams and create a positive work environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Passion for health, fitness, and customer service Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus opportunities Complimentary Orangetheory membership Growth and advancement opportunities Positive and team-oriented work environment Employee discounts and fitness perks Schedule Full-time Weekday and weekend availability required
