We're looking for a high-energy, organized, and growth-minded Assistant Manager / Owner's Assistant to help take both businesses to the next level. Position Overview This is a hybrid leadership + operations + sales role working directly with the owner. You'll be involved in: Daily operations of both F45 and Hopson Health Team leadership and accountability Membership growth and sales Client experience and retention Assisting with marketing, events, and promotions This is not a clock-in, clock-out job — this is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role and be part of something bigger.
