Gym Performance manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales execution of our club. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, support club revenue and sales, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role plays a key part in supporting both operational excellence and overall club performance, including oversight of sales-related activities and team development. Our Club Manager sits at the core of our business. Dedicated to providing the best fitness experience for our members and guests by providing outstanding customer service and creating a healthy, clean, fun environment for them to enjoy. Club Managers that excel have the opportunity to be promoted to higher management levels within the company. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of club operations, including staff management, member services, and facility maintenance. Implement effective shift management practices to optimize staff scheduling and productivity. Support club revenue performance by overseeing daily sales activity and team execution. Coach and guide staff on lead follow up and lead to member conversion. Foster a welcoming environment for all members by providing exceptional customer service and addressing member inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in recruiting and training staff is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with members and staff alike. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
