Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-oriented General Manager to lead all aspects of club operations. The General Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, leading a high-performing coach team, delivering exceptional member experiences, and ensuring the financial success of the club. This role combines leadership, sales, operations, and customer service to create a thriving fitness community. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management Oversee and retain high-performing staff. Create a positive, motivating, and accountable team culture. Schedule and manage staffing to support club operations. Sales & Membership Growth Drive membership sales through lead generation, prospect follow-up, and community outreach. Monitor and achieve monthly sales goals and club performance metrics. Develop local marketing initiatives and partnerships to increase brand awareness. Ensure all sales processes and member onboarding procedures are followed consistently. Member Experience Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong member relationships. Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility environment. Promote member retention through engagement and fitness support programs. Operations & Financial Management Oversee daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage budgets, payroll, expenses, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and franchise requirements. Monitor equipment maintenance and facility upkeep. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 2+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales environments. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general business software.
