Pool and Beach Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests while managing staff and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage various aspects of pool operations, including guest services, events management, and staff supervision. Responsibilities Supervise daily pool operations to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Manage pool staff, including scheduling shifts, training new employees, and conducting performance evaluations. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records related to pool operations. Plan and coordinate events at the pool facility, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and promote services offered at the facility. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a hospitality or restaurant setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management. Experience in event management, with the ability to plan and execute successful gatherings at the pool facility. Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests, staff, and management. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience as an assistant manager or in shift management is preferred.
