In this role, you will oversee all phases of pool projects from initial design through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and technical design will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining safety and budget compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage innovative pool projects that transform outdoor spaces into stunning retreats. Responsibilities Lead the entire lifecycle of pool construction projects, including planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project scopes and schematics. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D to create accurate project schedules and budgets. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to ensure precise implementation of design specifications. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment while managing project timelines using tools like Bluebeam for document review. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project deadlines. Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and adjust schedules using Primavera or similar project management tools. Manage contract negotiations and change orders with clients and subcontractors to maintain profitability. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a focus on pool or outdoor recreational projects preferred. Strong background in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar software. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control measures. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to civil or landscape construction. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and quality assurance practices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills coupled with strong communication abilities for effective project coordination. Prior use of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D is highly desirable.
