Job Description
Essential Functions Reasonable Accommodations Statement To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Functions Statement(s) Provide Leadership and direction to the Entertainment and Events Team on an ongoing basis. Manage all aspects of the employment experience for Entertainment and Events team members, to include screening, hiring, training, motivating, retaining, developing, disciplining, promoting, and terminating Provide development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, including the development and revision of appropriate training manuals. Ensure that the overall Entertainment and Seasonal Events operations meet the company standards for service, safety, cleanliness, and labor and financial efficiency. Manage and oversee elements of prop/lighting installation and upkeep of Seasonal Events to include Easter, Great Pumpkin Luminights, Christmas Wild & Bright, Limited Time Only features, and new additions to events. Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment/materials in area of responsibility are in good repair, performing or coordinating preventative maintenance and repair as required/appropriate, working within budget constraints Work closely with Director of Operations to develop product plans for Entertainment. Work closely with Safety, Maintenance, and Attractions Managers to ensure safe and smooth operation/installation. Work with outside vendors to ensure standards of service within areas. Maintain inventory of all props/supplies/materials, developing plans/budgets for repair/replace. Serve as Entertainment/Attractions on Duty manager of the Day. Ensure that the overall assigned operation meets the company standards for service, safety, cleanliness, and labor and financial efficiency Maintains confidentiality at all times Ensure compliance with all appropriate laws and industry standards Position Qualifications Enthusiastic
