As we grow, we're looking for a driven and passionate Gym Manager/Head Coach to join our team and help us take Krave Gym Ankeny to the next level.

Position Overview:

The Gym Manager/Head Coach will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and driving gym growth. This is a hands-on role, where you'll work closely with coaches, Krave Athletes, and the local community to foster a supportive and motivating TEAM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily gym operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe facility. Lead and mentor the Krave Gym team, including coaching staff. Handle athlete relations, resolving issues, and ensuring a top-notch experience for all athletes. Drive membership growth through community outreach, partnerships, and marketing strategies. Oversee scheduling of TEAM sessions, staff, and events to maximize efficiency. Implement gym policies, safety protocols, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Track key performance metrics, reporting to upper management. Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media, promotions, and local events.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in gym management or fitness industry leadership is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Passion for athletics, fitness, TEAM-based training, and a commitment to the Krave Gym mission. Proven ability to drive membership growth and improve Athlete retention. Experience in staff management and customer service. Basic understanding of fitness equipment, safety standards, and facility management. Marketing and social media skills are a plus.
