The Role STRONG Boise is opening in Sep-Oct 2026 — bringing the world's only cardio-integrated reformer format to an exciting and fast-growing community. This role has two phases. Before opening, you are a builder — driving the founding member pre-sale campaign, securing corporate wellness partnerships with local businesses, and establishing STRONG as a leading fitness destination before a single class is taught. Once open, you become the operator and instructor — leading a high-performing studio team, owning membership retention, delivering the STRONG experience every day, and teaching several classes per week. We will fully fund your STRONG Academy certification as part of your onboarding. We want someone energized by all of it. Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Launch Lead the founding member pre-sale campaign by generating, nurturing, and converting leads Build corporate wellness partnerships with businesses and luxury residential buildings Establish relationships with local community organizations, concierge teams, and neighborhood partners Work closely with the founding directors to shape the studio's community identity before opening Membership & Sales Own membership acquisition by converting walk-ins, inquiries, and corporate leads into members Drive retention through genuine member relationships and proactive follow-up Track membership numbers, class utilization, and revenue against targets Community & Client Experience Welcome every client by name and help build the community culture that defines STRONG globally Maintain accurate member profiles and ensure every interaction is personal and consistent Studio Operations Take ownership of every detail of the studio environment — including equipment setup, lighting, presentation, and atmosphere — to ensure every member experience meets the STRONG standard Manage day-to-day operations including client inquiries, scheduling, staff rostering, social media, and newsletters Manage studio systems through studio management software (Glofox), including check-ins, memberships, payments, and reporting Lead, motivate, and develop the instructor team Oversee front-of-house staffing, onboarding, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day support Teaching Deliver several STRONG classes per week to a high standard once STRONG Academy certified Provide confident cueing and form correction throughout every session What We're Looking For Proven experience in a client-facing, sales, or fitness leadership role Strong commercial instincts — you know how to turn conversations into commitments Confidence building relationships with businesses and organizations; corporate outreach experience is a plus Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and genuine warmth with people Background in fitness or movement, including Pilates, reformer, personal training, or group fitness Level 3 Personal Training qualification or equivalent preferred Current First Aid certification Self-motivated and comfortable with real accountability Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends What We Offer $60,000 base salary plus performance bonus tied to membership targets STRONG Academy instructor certification fully funded Free STRONG membership from day one Ongoing mentoring and support from the founding directors Opportunity to grow within the STRONG network as it expands The chance to open and shape a brand-new studio from scratch in an exciting new market How to Apply Send your Resume/CV and a short note explaining why you'd be a great fit for STRONG Boise to: with the subject line:Boise Studio Manager Pay:
