This person leads from the floor, inspires the team, creates exceptional guest experiences, drives sales performance, and ensures every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived. They are highly organized, naturally positive, solution-oriented, and thrive in hospitality, wellness, fitness, and service environments. They love coaching others, building relationships, and creating an environment where both staff and guests feel supported, motivated, and cared for. Who We're Looking For Someone who: Loves people Naturally builds relationships Has leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, wellness, or service industries Is confident having difficult conversations Is highly organized Thrives in a fast-paced environment Loves sales and helping people say yes to something that improves their lives Makes people feel welcome, seen, and valued Leads with positivity and accountability Team Leadership Lead daily staff huddles Coach team members on performance and expectations Manage accountability and follow-through Conduct performance conversations Support onboarding and training Build team culture and morale Build weekly schedules Manage shift swaps and coverage Handle call-offs and staffing issues Ensure proper staffing levels at all times Be the visible leader on the floor Resolve guest concerns Create memorable experiences Monitor service standards Ensure Eastend hospitality standards are upheld Drive membership sales performance Coach staff on sales conversations Review sales metrics weekly Ensure follow-up standards are met Lead by example in sales performance Manage daily execution of opening and closing procedures Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards Monitor task completion and accountability Escalate operational issues when needed
