Full Job Description Compensation:

Tiered Profit Share / Revenue Split (Uncapped Earning Potential) About Us At American Taekwondo Academy, we are dedicated to empowering our community through high-quality martial arts training. To expand our impact, we are looking to launch an exciting new Group Fitness Program designed for kids and adults who want high-energy, functional workouts. We aren't just looking for someone to punch a clock and shout cues. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-energy leader to build, run, and scale this program from the ground up. If you have the drive to build a community and want your paycheck to directly reflect your success, this is your sandbox.

The Opportunity:

Grow as We Grow We believe in rewarding ownership and results. This position features a performance-tied compensation structure. You will start with a lower base rate per class, but as you successfully market, retain, and grow the program's membership, you will earn a direct percentage of the program's revenue. Your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

Key Responsibilities Teach & Inspire:

Deliver high-energy, safe, and engaging group fitness classes (e.g., Kickboxing Fitness, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, or Metabolic Conditioning) that keep members coming back.

Program Development:

Design and continually evolve a dynamic curriculum that caters to various fitness levels while aligning with our brand's high standards.

Drive Growth & Enrollment:

Actively participate in community outreach, studio events, and internal marketing to convert prospects into monthly and drop-in fitness members.

Retention & Community Building:

Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and fiercely supportive culture. Learn members' names, track their goals, and celebrate their milestones.

Operational Management:

Manage class schedules, maintain any fitness equipment, and track attendance metrics to measure program health.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Prefer experience leading group fitness classes (experience in traditional aerobics, fitness kickboxing, zumba, martial arts fitness, or HIIT is a major plus).

Certifications:

Nationally recognized Group Fitness or Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, etc.) and CPR/AED certification (or in-progress) strongly preferred. The "It"

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

You treat this program like your own business. You are proactive, self-motivated, and hungry to scale enrollment.

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfort using social media or basic digital tools to engage with members is highly preferred.
