About the Opportunity Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for sales, youth development, and building something meaningful? KidsUnited Naperville is looking for a Club Manager who is ready to take ownership of a growing boutique studio and make a real impact in the community. KidsUnited is the leading brand in early childhood development through soccer, serving children aged 1.5 to 10 years old. As Club Manager, you will be the face of our Naperville location - responsible for growing our membership, leading our coaching team, and delivering an exceptional experience for every family that walks through our doors. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with children and families, and is driven by results. As we continue to grow and add new locations, there is real room for career advancement for the right person. What You'll Do Drive Membership Growth Lead all membership sales activity, including trial bookings, lead follow-up, and converting prospective families into members. Create and execute monthly strategies to grow and retain membership. Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to drive brand awareness. Analyze performance metrics and optimize conversion rates and retention. Lead & Develop the Team Recruit, train, and develop a team of motivated coaches and sales associates. Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results. Coach between 5-8 classes per week and ensure all classes are delivered at the highest standard. Foster a culture of energy, enthusiasm, and excellence across the entire team. Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience Be the face of the club - warm, engaging, and present for both families and staff. Address parent concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility at all times. Run Day-to-Day Operations Oversee daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage staff schedules and ensure accurate and timely payroll. Maintain compliance with all KidsUnited processes and standards. Communicate proactively with ownership and KidsUnited corporate.
What We're Looking For Must Have:
Proven sales experience with the ability to engage families and drive revenue. Prior management or supervisory experience with a team. Genuine passion for working with young children and families. High energy, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills. Outgoing, positive personality - you set the tone for everyone around you. Strong communication and organizational skills. Nice to
Have:
Soccer background - personal or professional experience with the sport. Coaching or early childhood education experience, especially with ages 1.5-9. Experience in a boutique studio, fitness club, or membership-based business. Why KidsUnited Naperville Competitive base salary of $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
