Job Description
Ultimate Ninjas Noblesville is looking for Weekend Management. Must be able to work within the hours of Friday 12-9pm, Saturday 8am-9pm, Sunday 8am-9pm, Monday 12pm-2pm). This is a weekend position with a few week day requirements. This position will help to oversee all weekend operations of the local business unit. Responsibilities include making sure birthday parties, events, and classes run smoothly, managing people, marketing, and customer service. To be successful in this role, you should be high energy, love working with kids of all ages, be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker. Coach and develop staff, being creative with events and camps, and helping to drive sales. Management experience desired but will train the right person with the right attitude. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the weekend business Ensures parties run smoothly and grow party volume Schedule and promote events for kids night out Schedule and promote camps Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Recruitment and training of new employees Ensure staff follows safety regulations Perform with a can do attitude and actively seek to provide the best environment possible Ensure the Facility is kept to a clean standard Manage necessary facility supplies and restock when needed Skills Must love working with kids of all ages Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude Social Media Marketing Ability to think outside the box
