- Full-time Director of Pool Enclosures We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Pool Enclosures to lead and oversee all aspects of our pool enclosure division.
This leadership position is responsible for managing projects from initial measurement through final completion while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with extensive construction and project management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, vendors, crews, and departments simultaneously. Required Qualifications Minimum 20 years of construction, pool enclosure, aluminum construction, or related industry experience Strong leadership and management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage numerous projects simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and project management software Ability to communicate and negotiate with multiple vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and customers Ability to read construction drawings, engineering plans, and specifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Responsibilities Oversee all pool enclosure operations from project inception through completion Measure and verify projects prior to fabrication Coordinate engineering calculations, drawings, and approvals Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure quality and compliance Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure adequate inventory, equipment, and operational readiness Oversee fleet maintenance, trailers, and company vehicles Resolve field issues and customer concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards Work closely with ownership, sales, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle Cell phone allowance Paid vacation and holidays Health benefits (if applicable) Long-term advancement opportunities with an industry-leading company
