Individual must have the ability to manage staff and interact with the Public. This is a Community Pool Environment and being proactive is essential.
Requirements:
Mature Individual to Manager the Operation of an Outdoor Pool serving the City of Brockton. Previous Experience supervising staff in high paced environment where safety is critical through the adherence of protocols. Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
