Studio Lead/Director for Pilates & Yoga Studio

Studio Lead / Director This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, delivering an exceptional member experience, managing staff and schedules, and driving membership growth and retention. What You'll Do Lead and manage day-to-day studio operations Maintain an effective weekday/weekend schedule to support studio growth and quality Create a welcoming, high-quality experience for all members Hire, train, and support studio staff Maintain Alpine's culture of high standards for class quality, coaching, and member experience Manage scheduling and coverage for instructors and classes Drive membership growth, engagement, and retention Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, programming, direction, and continued growth Teach a number of classes per week up to 8-12 (based on studio need) Balance teaching with administrative and leadership responsibilities Manage and post brand-aligned content on social media to increase visibility and engagement. Ensure the studio environment is consistently clean, safe, and inviting. Oversee studio maintenance between classes to uphold high standards. Lead by example, instilling a sense of pride and responsibility in the instructor team.
