Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant fitness center. This dynamic role requires a proactive leader who excels in guest services, team supervision, and event coordination. As the face of our facility, you will ensure a welcoming environment, oversee shift management, and drive exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will inspire staff, manage administrative tasks, and uphold the high standards that make our fitness center a premier destination for health and wellness enthusiasts. Duties Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, memberships, personal training details and inquiries. Work with multiple compters managing health club data. Have experience with Microsoft Office programs. Manage shift schedules for staff to guarantee optimal coverage at all times. Coordinate and maintain cleaning of facility for all shifts and assure that supplies are stocked at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including membership payments and retail sales. Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated environment. Prepare reports on daily operations, attendance, and incident logs to support management decision-making. Manage reporting for payroll, staff certifications, licenses and insurances Work directly with Training staff to manage payment and training logs. Manage phone and messages with positivity and accuracy in a timely manner. Skills Proven leadership experience in a customer service driven environment. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Ability to present clear reports and maintain detailed records of daily activities. Skilled in shift management, team supervision, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems. Previous front facing customer service experience is highly desirable to understand guest expectations and service standards. $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
