Pool Assistant

Pool Assistant Full time seasonal position at our beautiful resort! Outdoor Adventures is looking to add new team members to its roster of motivated employees!

A successful employee in the Pool Assistant role must be ready and willing to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Having a cheerful disposition and a willingness to provide quality entertainment to our members and their guests will be necessary in this role. Engaging with our members is of prime importance and is the focal point of our company's strategy and mission

Responsibilities:

Present the utmost professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service. Monitor and enforce all pool rules and regulations. Adhering to and enforcing all safety procedures Working with all age groups (children, teens and adults) Greet new arrivals and maintain a clean environment. Carry out any other reasonable task assigned to you by a manager to meet the operational demands of the resort

Requirements:

Experience with customer service, lifeguarding, pool monitoring or related is preferred Experience with Pool cleaning, open and closing of pool equipment is highly preferred Ability to pass a background check Physical fitness - ability to walk, dance, stand, lift, or meet other physical demands Adaptability and strong organization and time management skills Patience and compassion when dealing with others Flexibility to work when needed, especially evenings, weekends, or early mornings Willingness to adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
