Job Description
The Albert Lea Recreation Department is completing nearly $10 million in improvements to its recreational facilities, and is seeking a Recreation Manager to provide strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for the department, its programming and facilities. With the improvements, the Recreation Department will now have year-round ice at its City Arena, providing opportunities for new programs along with long-standing events and activities at other venues. This role requires strong skills in leadership, budgeting, communication and collaboration.
