Full Job Description Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Fitness Manager On Duty to join our team. As our new Fitness Manager on Duty you will: Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude. Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations. Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean. Supervise and monitor the exercise floor. Provide customer service support to team members and members, including membership enrollments, terminations, and general inquiries. Available to address and resolve member comments and concerns. Manage and oversee multi-site MOD scheduling. Other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate would have:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Previous supervisory experience is a plus. CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire. Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $18.00/hour to $23.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
