City of Warrensburg Job Announcement Pool Manager The City of Warrensburg is accepting applications for the position of Pool Manager for the Parks and Recreation department. The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all swimmers, as well as having experience in managing pool staff and maintaining pool equipment. As the Pool Manager, you will be responsible for the overall safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the pool, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Strong leadership and positivity will be essential skills for whomever is in this role. This leadership role requires a strong swimmer with a deep understanding of water safety and the ability to execute water rescues and first aid as needed. Maintaining StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification and StarGuard Elite Supervision Certification will be required and provided. Applicants must be 16 years or older to apply. This position will be part-time and can be year-round as the Parks and Recreation has both an indoor and outdoor pool with starting pay at $17.00 per hour. While performing the essential function of this job some tasks will involve the ability to run, climb, swim. It may involve the lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling a heavy objects, materials and or persons (20-250 pounds).
