Job Description

Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the fitness center, including opening and closing procedures, providing exceptional customer service, assisting members with equipment use and fitness-related questions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role also supports routine facility and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operations and a positive member experience.
EDUCATION
High school diploma/GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
One year of fitness instruction experience or related certification preferred.
CERTIFICATION CPR
certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. Certification from a nationally recognized fitness or aerobic association preferred, including: AFAA
  • Athletics and Fitness Association of American ACE
  • American Councile on Exercise IWSM
  • Internationaly Weightlifting and Strength Management WSWFA
  • World Sports & Wellness Fitness Association Arthristis Foundation Exercise Program Certification
SPECIAL QUAIFICATIONS
Demonstrates a positive attitude and serves as a role model in health and fitness.
