Olive Branch Country Club Position Overview We are seeking a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Summer Pool Manager to oversee daily operations of our community pool during the summer season. The Pool Manager will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests while supervising staff and managing facility operations. Key Responsibilities Staff Management Supervise, schedule, and support lifeguards and pool staff Ensure all lifeguards are attentive, professional, and properly certified Conduct routine staff check-ins and address performance issues as needed Daily Operations Oversee opening and closing procedures for the pool Monitor attendance and enforce pool rules and safety regulations Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and incidents in a professional manner Admissions & Sales Collect guest fees from non-members and maintain accurate records Manage sales of snacks and beverages, including inventory tracking and restocking Handle cash and/or digital transactions responsibly Facility Maintenance Maintain cleanliness of pool, deck, and surrounding areas Perform routine inspections to ensure a safe environment Pool & Chemical Management Test and maintain proper chemical levels in the pool in accordance with health standards Keep accurate logs of chemical readings and maintenance activities Coordinate with vendors or maintenance services when necessary Qualifications Previous experience in pool management, lifeguarding, or a related role preferred Current lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of pool chemicals and maintenance practices (preferred but can be trained) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Compensation $500-$800/weekly depending on experience Seasonal position from Memorial Day through Labor Day How to Apply Please submit your application, including any relevant experience, to Walker@olivebranchcc.com This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and creating a fun, safe summer environment for the community.
