What You'll Do - Inspire Kids Every Day Lead fun, engaging, hands-on cooking classes for children of all ages. Teach cooking and baking skills with enthusiasm, patience, and confidence. Make learning exciting through storytelling, encouragement, and high energy. Help every child feel successful, included, and proud of what they've created. Create Amazing Customer Experiences Welcome families with warmth and professionalism. Build relationships with parents and become a trusted resource. Handle customer questions, concerns, and special requests with confidence and care. Ensure every birthday party, camp, class, and event exceeds expectations. Lead an Incredible Team Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members. Train and coach employees to provide exceptional experiences. Create weekly schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Conduct team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions. Recognize great performance while holding team members accountable. Foster a positive, supportive, and fun company culture where everyone enjoys coming to work. Keep the Studio Running Smoothly Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the studio. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies. Help improve systems and processes to make the studio even better. Solve problems quickly while maintaining a positive attitude. Support business growth through operational excellence. We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves working with children. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Leadership or management Retail or hospitality management Customer service Education or teaching Childcare or youth programs Event management Restaurant or food service Training and coaching employees Cooking experience is helpful, but a passion for learning and teaching is even more important.
