JOB SUMMARY
 The NDSCS Aquatics Manager is responsible for managing the pool activity schedule, training lifeguards to become certified by the American Red Cross, hiring and scheduling lifeguards for pool activities, coordinating swim lessons, and managing the pool chemicals. The projected monthly time commitment for this job is 50 hours. Minimum Requirements Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of computer and word processing programs Ability to function in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working at a public pool
