Club Manager:

The job of our Club Managers is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers hire, train, and supervise all fitness, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards. The position is full-time Monday-Friday A 4-year degree or management experience is necessary Candidate must agree to enter LaFitness provided background check. Interest in health and fitness required
