Stretch & Recovery Coach

TMPL Avenue A is seeking a passionate, energetic, and client-focused Recovery & Wellness Coach to join our growing Recovery Room team inside our luxury fitness club in the East This role goes beyond traditional massage therapy — we are building a modern recovery experience focused on helping members feel, move, and perform better through assisted stretching, recovery modalities, bodywork, and wellness coaching.

Our Recovery Room features:

Assisted Stretching Theragun Therapy Normatec Compression Cupping Therapy Sauna Access This position will operate similarly to our Personal Training department. Coaches will be responsible for building and maintaining their book of business, converting members into recurring clients, selling session packages, and creating long-term relationships with members.

Responsibilities:

Perform assisted stretching and recovery sessions Provide recovery-focused bodywork and wellness recommendations Educate members on recovery and mobility benefits Build and grow a recurring client base Sell and manage session packages Maintain floor hours and actively engage with members Assist with Recovery Room operations, cleanliness, and member experience Collaborate with trainers and club staff to grow the department

Qualifications:

Massage Therapy License preferred, but not required depending on experience/certifications Stretch therapy, mobility, recovery, or bodywork experience strongly preferred Strong people skills and confidence building relationships Sales-minded with an entrepreneurial attitude Passion for fitness, wellness, recovery, and luxury hospitality Ability to work independently and grow a business within the club If you are passionate about wellness, recovery, and creating an elevated member experience, we'd love to meet you.

Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
