Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description To plan and implement an ongoing program of activities designed to meet, in accordance with comprehensive assessments, the individualized interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing of each resident. Coordinates volunteers' services within the SNF. Education And Credentials AAS Degree in certified Occupational Therapy, COTA or qualified Recreation Specialist, or (2 Years) Experience in LTC Activity Management required. Experience 2 years of experience in an Activity Management position in LTC required.
