Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant team as an Assistant Pool Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional aquatic experiences! This dynamic position combines leadership, customer service, and operational management to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and enjoyment of our pool facilities. As an integral part of our hospitality team, you'll oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and create a welcoming environment for guests. Your energetic approach and management skills will help foster a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all visitors. This is for a multi-guard site in Nyack NY open 5/19/26-9/7/26. Would prefer someone with a CPO or WSI certification and the hourly rate would be higher! Must be Lifeguard certified! Need someone for EVERY WEEKEND and Thursdays!!! Duties Assist the Pool Manager in overseeing daily pool operations, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Supervise lifeguards and pool staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of guest service and safety. Manage shift changes, assign duties, and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth operation during all hours of operation. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. Maintain accurate reports on daily activities, incident logs, safety inspections, and staff performance records. Skills Proven leadership experience in hospitality, resort management, or nightclub environments with supervising responsibilities. Excellent communication skills for report writing, staff coordination, and guest interactions. Demonstrated ability to manage shifts efficiently while supervising staff members effectively. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a lively setting. Join us to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
