Customer Relations - Team Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to help lead daily operations at World Gym. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional member experience. The Team Lead will support the General Manager in driving membership growth, staff development, and overall club performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily gym operations, including opening/closing procedures Lead, motivate, and develop front desk and sales staff Drive membership sales through tours, follow-ups, and community outreach Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall facility standards Handle member concerns and resolve issues professionally Support scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks Monitor KPIs and assist in achieving monthly revenue and membership goals

Qualifications:

Previous management or supervisory experience (fitness industry preferred) Strong sales and customer service background Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills High energy with a passion for health and fitness Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset Computer experience -
