Pool Concessions Manager Position Summary The Pool Concessions Manager oversees all food and beverage operations at the pool concession area of the country club. This role ensures high-quality service, efficient operations, and a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for members and guests. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the pool concession stand, including opening and closing procedures Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs Maintain proper food storage and handling in compliance with health regulations Staff Supervision Train, schedule, and supervise concession staff Ensure staff delivers excellent customer service Enforce club policies, dress code, and safety standards Customer Service Provide a welcoming and responsive experience for club members and guests Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally Maintain a positive, member-focused atmosphere Health & Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with local health department regulations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all concession areas Enforce safety protocols, especially in a poolside environment Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
