Big Blue Swim School is looking for a Swim School Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor our Swim Associates, and ensure an outstanding experience for our swimmers and their families. What You'll Do:

Customer ServiceEngagement Greet and engage with parents and customers, providing updates on swimmer progress. Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain strong relationships with families. Train front desk staff on promotions and best practices to convert trial lessons into weekly enrollments. Team LeadershipTraining Supervise, mentor, and support a team of 10-20 Swim Associates . Lead daily shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and proper class coverage. Conduct monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Swim Associates. Onboard and train new instructors, ensuring they meet Big Blue Swim School standards. Facilitate bi-weekly team training to reinforce safety protocols, teaching techniques, and customer engagement strategies. FacilityPool Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for swimmers and families. Oversee water quality, pump room operations, and overall pool maintenance. Ensure all staff follow safety procedures and hold required certifications.

SwimSafety Knowledge (Preferred) - Previous swim instruction or lifeguard experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:
