Assistant Fitness Club Manager

About the Role Fast-track Management We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and service-driven Club Operations Manager to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a leadership role, and is passionate about providing an exceptional fitness experience. As an Assistant Club Operations Manager, you will oversee daily club operations, ensuring the facility is clean, well-maintained, and running efficiently, working alongside our Club Operations Manager as a mentor for development. You will lead and develop a strong team, create a fun and friendly atmosphere for members, and drive revenue through excellent customer service and operational efficiency. What You'll Do

• Lead & Develop Your Team
• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to uphold LA Fitness standards and deliver outstanding service.
• Create an Exceptional Member Experience Ensure the club is clean, welcoming, and fully operational, providing members with an enjoyable and hassle-free fitness environment.
• Drive Revenue & Business Growth
• Assist with membership sales, retention efforts, and additional revenue streams to support club profitability.
• Take Initiative
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, enhance service, and boost team performance.
• Maintain Club Standards
• Oversee daily facility maintenance, safety, and cleanliness to ensure a top-tier fitness experience.
• Deliver Excellence in Service
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism, friendliness, and a solutions-focused mindset. What We're Looking For
