• Full-time Gunite Pros is looking for a dependable and motivated Pool Construction Supervisor to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with a good head on their shoulders who can lead crews, stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep jobs moving efficiently from start to finish. This is a hybrid position with a mix of work-from-home administrative duties and on-site project supervision. Responsibilities Manage and oversee pool construction crews and daily job progress Read and understand construction plans and specifications Coordinate materials and put together job orders Track jobs and communicate updates using technology and software systems Schedule and coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Troubleshoot issues in the field and help keep projects on schedule Work closely with office staff and field teams in a team-oriented environment Qualifications Experience in pool construction, construction management, or related field preferred Ability to read plans and understand construction layouts Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable using technology for scheduling, tracking, and communication Ability to lead and manage crews professionally Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Compensation & Benefits $60,000
