As Club Manager, you're the heartbeat of the gym — driving membership and personal training sales, building a club culture members want to be part of, and making sure every person who walks through the door feels like they belong. This isn't a behind-the-desk job. It's a role for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people and takes pride in building something. What You'll Do Drive Sales — You'll be the primary engine for membership and personal training growth. That means following up on leads, conducting tours, overcoming objections, and closing — all while making the process feel natural and consultative, not pushy. Build Community — You'll develop relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to grow our brand presence. You'll also help execute national AF marketing campaigns and local outreach events with the support of corporate resources. Run the Club — From pulling daily reports to making sure the facility is clean and operational, you'll stay on top of the details that keep things running smoothly. Create an Experience — You'll foster the kind of environment where members brag about their gym to their friends. Great customer service isn't a box to check here — it's the job.
