Job Description

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Oversees the development and operations of various aquatics programming and designs processes and procedures for strong program and project management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. One to two years of related experience preferred. 3.
Certifications needed:
CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding (American Red Cross). 4. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
