Job Description
Do you believe every child should learn to swim? Do you have the leadership skills to build and lead an amazing Aquatics team that saves lives and strengthens families? We're looking for a mission-driven individual to lead operations of our indoor pool and develop engaging aquatic programs that serve youth, adults and families. As the Aquatics Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality and success of our aquatics programs at the Powdersville YMCA. As Aquatics Director, some of the things you will do: Oversee all pool operations, including lifeguard staffing, scheduling, and compliance Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and staff development Be a visible leader who inspires confidence in staff, parents, and community partners What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience One to two years of related experience preferred Certifications needed?
