This role is ideal for an experienced lifeguard ready to take the next step into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day pool operations Supervise and support lifeguard staff Ensure all safety rules and regulations are enforced Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when needed Help maintain cleanliness and organization of pool facilities Assist with scheduling and staff coordination Qualifications Current Lifeguard Certification (required) Multiple years of lifeguard experience (required) Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations Must be available to work weekends and holidays We look forward to adding a dedicated team member to our pool staff!
