This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven boutique fitness leader, Studio Manager, General Manager, Membership Sales Manager, or Fitness Director who thrives in sales leadership, team development, operational excellence, and community engagement.

THE IDEAL MATCH WILL
Drive consultations, membership sales, appointment setting and close ratios Grow the studio to 150+ active members Execute retention strategies that maximize lifetime member value Recruit, hire, onboard and develop an exceptional coaching team Lead weekly sales meetings and trainer development sessions Manage scheduling, payroll targets and studio operations Build local business partnerships and community relationships Deliver premium consultations utilizing InBody technology and goal-setting sessions Maintain an exceptional member experience and positive studio culture Partner directly with ownership on KPIs, staffing, revenue growth and future expansion Solve problems proactively while leading by example
ABOUT YOU
3-5 years of fitness, boutique fitness or health club leadership experience Strong membership sales and consultative selling background Experience leading coaches, trainers or sales teams Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills Comfortable managing staffing, scheduling, payroll and business operations Available for occasional mornings, evenings and weekends Passionate about changing lives through health and fitness
