• Friday 3:00pm
• 11:00pm / Sunday-Thursday every other week Will manage 75
• 100 direct reports (float pool nurses) Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives, implements evidence-based practice changes, and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.

Utilizes critical thinking and technology in decision-making, problem-solving, and integrating new systems to enhance patient care and outcomes. Provides strong leadership and mentorship, ensures high-quality clinical care, supports staff development, and maintains clear communication and planning for patient care delivery. Encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and maintains positive relationships with patients, staff, vendors, and other departments to ensure patient-centered care. Demonstrates professionalism, supports ongoing education and development, maintains confidentiality, and upholds ethical standards and organizational policies. Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient focused care.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Computer literacy is required. [Required]
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word
• Skill and proficiency in applying highly technical principles, concepts and techniques which are central to the nursing profession and is normally acquired through completion of a BSN and/or MSN program.

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
• Master's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ management of charge nurse experience [Required]
• 2+ acute care experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support
• CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
