RESPONSIBILITIES

Find hire, train a top talented team that are fitness minded and understand how to sell fitness. Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company sales expectations. Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this Must be proficient in selling fitness and multiple modalities of studio classes Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events Daily 15-minute morning meeting with Club Manager, Personal Training Director, and Studio Director to discuss any outstanding items from the previous day and plan a strategy for the current day Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same Create a positive, safe teamwork environment Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out Understand and respect the definition of management - "the skill of attaining predetermined goals with and through voluntary cooperation and effort of others" Eager to continue to learn about management skills development. Be timely well dressed and ready to work

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years management or leadership in the fitness industry Experience working in fitness relates sales. Work a minimum of 45-50 hrs. / 5 days per week, plus Saturday until 1pm Experience managing and motivating a team Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
