  • 60,000 per year + up to 10% Profit Share General Manager (GM) OHM Fitness Dallas (Dallas, TX) OHM Fitness is seeking a high-performance General Manager (GM) to lead studio operations, drive revenue growth, oversee coaching and sales teams, and execute the overall vision and performance of the business.
This is not a passive management role. The GM is the primary leader of the studio, responsible for sales performance, profitability, staff leadership, operational excellence, and delivering a premium member experience. This position directly impacts studio growth, culture, and financial success. Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for:
  • Driving overall studio revenue and profitability
  • Leading sales systems and conversion performance
  • Managing coaches, front desk staff, and daily operations
  • Developing team culture, accountability, and performance
  • Ensuring operational excellence and premium member experience
  • Executing local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach
  • You will oversee all major areas of studio performance while partnering with corporate leadership to drive growth and scalability. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Performance
  • Lead all membership and product sales initiatives
  • Drive monthly revenue growth and profitability
  • Oversee lead management, follow-up systems, and conversion performance
  • Monitor CRM pipelines and sales KPIs daily
  • Ensure all leads and prospects receive timely communication
  • Drive trial-to-member and member retention performance
  • Oversee OHM at Home and equipment sales opportunities Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and manage all studio staff including coaches and Front Desk Concierge team
  • Act as the primary leader responsible for studio culture and accountability
  • Oversee coach development, evaluations, and performance standards
  • Conduct staff meetings, roleplay sessions, and ongoing training
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining high-performing staff
  • Ensure coaches deliver a premium training and member experience
  • Maintain team accountability around sales, retention, and member engagement Operations Management
  • Oversee all day-to-day studio operations
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and labor efficiency
  • Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, and operational systems
  • Monitor inventory, EMS equipment, and studio supplies
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
  • Ensure all company SOPs, policies, and systems are executed consistently
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational or member issues Member Experience & Retention
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and member support
  • Drive member retention and community engagement initiatives
  • Ensure premium onboarding experiences for all new members
  • Maintain high standards for EMS equipment care and sanitation
  • Oversee member communication, feedback, and issue resolution
  • Create a high-energy, welcoming, and results-driven studio environment Marketing & Community Growth
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and partnership opportunities
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations
  • Support pop-up events, partnerships, and studio activations
  • Drive referral programs and guest traffic
  • Support social media visibility and local brand awareness Schedule Expectations Full-time leadership role Availability during peak studio hours, weekends, and events as needed Expected to lead from the front during high-volume sales and operational periods Qualifications Required
  • 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience
  • 2+ years leading teams in a fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based business
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing KPIs, revenue targets, and operational performance
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in a fitness environment
  • CPR certification (within 30 days of hire) Preferred
  • Boutique fitness or gym management experience
  • Experience leading coaches or fitness staff
  • Experience with sales training and team development
  • Familiarity with POS, CRM, scheduling, and operational systems Compensation & Benefits

  • 60,000 base salary
