Flexible / Results-Based (not clock-based) About Prime Wellness Spa Prime Wellness Spa is a fully equipped wellness and biohacking center located in Flower Mound, Texas. We provide advanced, non-invasive wellness and recovery therapies including: Ozone Sauna PEMF Therapy Commercial Infrared Sauna Hydrogen Inhalation Therapy Red Light Therapy LET Light Therapy Flow Pressure Therapy The facility is fully built out with approximately $150,000 in professional wellness equipment and operates at a break-even stage of approximately $5,000
  • 10,000 monthly revenue, with significant untapped growth potential.
Current limitations are not equipment-related, but instead driven by marketing execution, sales systems, client conversion, and operational leadership. We are now seeking a high-level operator to take full ownership of growth and daily business performance. Role Overview This is a Chief Operating / Growth Operator role, not a traditional clinic manager position. You will function as the primary driver of: Revenue growth Client acquisition and retention Daily operations and customer experience Marketing execution and local outreach Sales conversion and membership growth This role is designed for someone who wants to build and scale a wellness business, not simply manage one. Core Responsibilities Run and oversee all daily spa operations Own client experience from lead to membership conversion Improve and manage sales performance and revenue growth Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into paying clients Lead membership and package sales strategy Execute and improve local marketing efforts Develop referral partnerships (medical, chiropractic, fitness, wellness professionals) Conduct ground marketing and community outreach Track KPIs including leads, conversions, retention, and revenue Build systems to improve efficiency, scaling, and consistency
Candidate Requirements Required:
Medical Assistant certification, Health Coach certification, or degree in a health-related field Basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, or health sciences Strong communication and client-facing skills Sales experience or strong sales aptitude Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow a business Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
Preferred:
Experience in wellness, med spa, functional medicine, fitness, chiropractic, or healthcare settings Experience with membership sales, client retention, or business development Marketing or social media experience Prior leadership or operational responsibility Compensation Structure Competitive base pay (experience-based) Commission on all memberships and revenue generated Performance bonuses tied to growth targets Flexible schedule focused on outcomes, not hours Equity Opportunity (Earned, Performance-Based) An equity participation opportunity is available for a high-performing operator after 6 months, based strictly on measurable results such as: Revenue growth Membership acquisition and retention Operational performance improvements Demonstrated leadership and execution capability Equity is not automatic and must be earned through performance.
