RESPONSIBILITIES

Take care of our members. Hire, train and develop a talented team who are fitness-minded, understand customer service and want the best for our members. Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations. Manage the Front Desk, Kids Klub and Facility staff. Arrange and manage staff schedules. Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working and strategizing with all managers and team members to accomplish this. Create a positive, safe teamwork environment. Take responsibility for all of the club's needs. Step in-help out, Understand and respect the definition of management - "the skill of attaining predetermined goals with and through voluntary cooperation and effort of others". Continue to learn and improve your management skills. Be friendly, timely, well dressed and ready to work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of Management experience. Fitness industry background a plus. Leadership skills Work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week/ responsible for weekend management Experience motivating a team Excellent organizational skills. Quick to problem solve. Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with LA Fitness!
