$40,000-$50,000 Base Salary + Commission + Class Pay + Performance Bonuses Full-Time Position Position Overview Rumble Boxing McKinney is seeking a highly energetic, sales-driven Assistant Studio Manager / Marketing Specialist & Trainer to help grow memberships, build community awareness, deliver exceptional classes, and support daily studio operations. This is a unique hybrid role combining fitness coaching, membership sales, local marketing, social media management, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, comfortable leading high-energy group classes, and motivated to help grow the business through strong community engagement and member relationships. This is not a traditional marketing position. We are looking for someone who can coach, sell, market, and lead. Key Responsibilities Membership Sales & Lead Generation
  • Generate new membership leads through local marketing, networking and community outreach
  • Conduct studio tours, consultations, and introductory appointments
  • Convert prospects into memberships and recurring revenue
  • Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and CRM systems
  • Support monthly membership, retention, and revenue goals
  • Promote retail sales, events, and referral programs
  • Community Marketing & Partnerships
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, apartments, healthcare providers, and community organizations
  • Develop referral partnerships that generate new memberships
  • Coordinate community events, pop-up workouts, charity events, and member
  • appreciation activities
  • Represent Rumble Boxing at networking and community events
  • Manage local grassroots marketing efforts
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Manage studio social media accounts and online presence
  • Create engaging content featuring members, trainers, classes, and events
  • Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns
  • Assist with email marketing and member communications
  • Monitor online reviews and member engagement
  • Coaching & Fitness Leadership
  • Lead high-energy Rumble Boxing classes with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Deliver safe, effective workouts for members of all fitness levels
  • Build strong relationships with members and create a motivating environment
  • Help improve member retention through accountability and personal connection
  • Support trainer development, studio events, and special programs
  • Serve as a visible leader and brand ambassador inside and outside the studio
  • Studio Operations Support
  • Assist the Studio Manager with daily operations and administrative responsibilities
  • Help recruit, onboard, and support staff
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and operational processes
  • Assume leadership responsibilities when the Studio Manager is unavailable
  • Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years of experience in fitness, sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service
  • Group fitness coaching experience or strong fitness training background
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable leading classes and asking for the sale
  • Social media content creation experience
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain before employment)
  • Passion for fitness, health, wellness, and community building Preferred
  • Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, AFAA, etc.)
  • Boutique fitness experience
  • Membership sales experience
  • Boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, strength training, or personal training background
  • CRM, email marketing, and event marketing experience
  • Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Business Profile Key Performance Metrics
  • Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Overall contribution to studio revenue growth Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is part coach, part marketer, and part salesperson.
They are outgoing, energetic, competitive, and passionate about helping people improve their lives through fitness. They are comfortable leading a packed class, creating engaging social media content, networking in the community and converting prospects into long-term members. Most importantly, they treat the studio like their own business and take pride in driving results while creating an exceptional member experience.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
