Overview Join our team as a Seasonal Pool Manager and lead the charge in delivering an exceptional aquatic experience! This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction. As the Seasonal Pool Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the pool facility, ensuring a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors. Your leadership will inspire your team to provide outstanding guest services while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop management skills in a lively resort or recreational setting, making every summer memorable for guests and staff alike. Duties Supervise daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed Lead and motivate a team of lifeguards to deliver top-tier guest experiences Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure proper coverage during peak hours Oversee guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive environment for all visitors Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce pool rules, and respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents Handle cash transactions accurately at entry points or concessions and maintain detailed reports on daily activities Coordinate with event management teams to facilitate poolside events or special activities during the season Skills Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or similar environments with supervising responsibilities Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills to engage guests effectively Knowledge of safety regulations related to aquatic facilities and ability to enforce them consistently Skilled in report writing for incident documentation, safety audits, and operational summaries Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Previous assistant manager or management experience preferred; familiarity with event planning is a plus This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for hospitality and leadership who thrive in energetic environments.
