This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable overseeing both staff and daily pool operations. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, stays involved day-to-day, and can manage everything from lessons to maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all pool operations, including daily setup, cleanliness, and organization Hire, train, schedule, and manage pool staff Run and organize swim lesson programs Teach private and group swim lessons Monitor and maintain proper pool chemical levels Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed Manage employee hours and assist with payroll tracking Keep the pool area well-maintained and member-ready Plan and oversee seasonal programs

Qualifications:

Experience managing a pool or aquatics program Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities Knowledge of pool maintenance and chemical balancing Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred Reliable and hands-on

Preferred:

Lifeguard and/or CPR certification Swim instructor experience
