Job Description
Company Description We are a corporate wellness & fitness contracting company operating in the PNW for the past 26 years. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wellness & Fitness Center Manager located in Des Moines, WA. The manager will oversee the daily operations of the fitness center, including group fitness instruction, develop, design & market wellness incentive programs, manage membership, and ensure a positive experience for all employees. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of wellness and fitness programs Quality writing skills and report development Experience in management and supervision of sub-contractors 4-year degree in related field of study or Combination of Certification in fitness or wellness plus experience Must hold valid First Aid & CPR certifications
